DELIVERY TIMES

Generally images are dispatched within 10 working days of order, sooner if possible. We aim to deliver products within:

UK – 1-2 weeks

Europe – 2-4 weeks

Rest of world – 2-4 weeks

DELIVERY COSTS

A6 Cards, A5 and A4 unframed prints are sent flat in a hard backed envelope. Other unframed prints are carefully rolled and packaged in a poster tube. Our delivery costs are as follows.

We offer FREE worldwide standard delivery for ALL unframed prints. 

DELIVERY COSTS - GREETING CARDS, A4 and A5 prints 

Cards will be posted in a hard backed envelope. All cards are sent standard international delivery or first class post in the UK.

DELIVERY COSTS - FRAMED PRINTS

Framed prints are packaged in a cardboard frame box. As these are bulky items we need to add an additional delivery charge per print.

DUTIES, TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country and we’d advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.

If your delivery address is in the EU, as of July 1st, 2021, buyers will be required to pay VAT on all purchases up to €150. Import VAT and duties will continue to apply on orders above this threshold.
