Guns N' Roses duo Duff McKagan and Slash in their Velvet Revolver days. Framed black and white print.
I’ve photographed Duff and Slash a number of times , but this Velvet Revolver-era image from a shoot in 2004 is one of my all time favourites. It was taken during a shoot for Big Cheese Magazine in the Hilton Park Lane in London. This particular image was shot on film with my 6x6 Hasselblad camera and not the part of the main shoot for the magazine. You may have seen other images from that shoot where Duff is kicking towards the camera, that print is available in my shop too.
It was such a cool shoot, Slash and Duff were great to work with, very friendly and Duff brought his wife Susan in to introduce her. A few months later that year at Download Festival they kindly brought Scott Weiland along for my Samaritans wristband shoot backstage at the festivalThis is an original print of Tina's own work and is sold exclusively by the photographer.
